Princeton, Missouri is a small town located in Mercer County in the northern part of the state. As of the 2010 census, the population of the town was just over 1,000. Princeton is known for its historic downtown area, which features a number of well-preserved buildings from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The town is also home to the Princeton Municipal Airport and several parks and recreational areas, including the nearby Lake Paho Conservation Area. Princeton is located about 100 miles northeast of Kansas City and 150 miles west of St. Louis.
